Therapy For Anxiety

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is one of the most effective forms of treatment or therapy for people who are suffering from anxiety disorders. There is a lot of research that suggests that CBT is highly effective at treating phobias, panic disorders, general anxiety, and social anxiety amongst various other forms of anxiety. CBT sessions work to identify all the negative patterns and distortions, in how we are looking at the world as well as ourselves.

Sheila has been an incredible counsellor. I've had a few over the years, but Sheila is way above anyone else I've used. I think this is due to two major points. Firstly, she is incredibly good at asking the right questions, to get you to go down paths that you wouldn't naturally go down, but are essential and secondly, she is brilliant at challenging you. Which I found so helpful and got me to think about things in a totally different light. I can honestly say that Sheila has helped me make some huge changes in my life, that have been enormously positive in my personal and business life. So, don't bother looking further down your google search for anyone else, just call Sheila, it will be well worth your time!!
